Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients

2 cups large flake oats

¼ cup chia seeds (optional)

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 bananas, mashed

1 egg, whisked

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

1 ¼ cup almond milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips ( or sub frozen blueberries)

Method

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F and grease an 8x8 baking dish

2. In a medium bowl, a mix together the dry ingredients and set aside. 

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients and fold it into the dry mixture. Pour into baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes. Keep an eye on it half way through!
