Low Sugar Granola

Ingredients

1 ¼ cup oats

¼ cup raisins 

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons flax meal

2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tablespoons coconut oil, meted

2 tablespoons maple syrup

Pinch of salt    


Method

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 

2. Using a small bowl, mix together all your dry ingredients. Once combined, pour in coconut oil and maple syrup and thoroughly mix until evenly coated.

3. Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes ( flipping halfway through).

4. Allow to cool and serve as is, over yogurt or with a little milk.

5. Store in an airtight container.
